convenient location

A disappointing welcome

The nearby restaurants were fantastic, and you could easily access the highway and Walmart. It was convenient for my travel plans.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable. I found stains everywhere, and the dirty sheets. It was just plain uncomfortable.

noisy environment

Helpful and responsive staff.

The room was filthy, and I found hair in the shower. My fridge didn't work, frustrating. I was kept awake all night by the noise from the floor above, and the atmosphere in the hallways felt unsafe with people loitering around.

unreliable facilities

The ice machine only on the first floor was out of order!!! The back door for unloading luggage not functioning was inconvenient!!! The shower gel spilled and was not cleaned after housekeeping service!!!
